The need for packaging is felt more and more every day with the growth of industries, the variety of products and competitors, and the increase in the desire to buy among consumers and buyers. In a country like Iran, in the past years, there has been a lot of development and diversification in the production process of products, and the factories that used to introduce a single product without competitors to the market are now able to offer it with the changing needs of the society and the growth of other competitors. The product itself has become very diverse in the form of factory productions and many competitors have risen against each of the old manufacturers. They are not bulk and single products. Until now, the customer was only faced with domestic goods or available methods, but the expansion of the use of communication equipment such as satellite and internet, the ease of foreign travel, etc., has caused the level of expectation of the consumer society to rise and his perception towards the package. Product classification will be completely transformed. (The strong tendency of the consumer society towards products with a non-Iranian appearance is one of these proofs). This change in the perception of the customer towards the product and packaging requires more quality and diversity, a sense of responsibility, accuracy and a scientific, practical focus on the issue of packaging and sales from the manufacturers.

In this course, an effort was made to introduce the concept of packaging and the need to deal with it, the path and methods that are based on science and years of experience with interest. to be shared among the people of this field.
