In the first days of spring 1401, thanks to the guide and friendship, we went around Soltanieh to see the Dragon Temple. It is said that Arghun Shah built a temple in the heart of the mountain, the remains of which still remain in the form of two magnificent dragons.
While I was walking there in my dream, I imagined a time when the Mughal king became the ruler of the boundless land, he would come here, an arch above, carved capitals, a water pond where the lotuses were shining and the reflection of the image of the sky and statues in the water of the pond. ..
He had ordered to bring the best artists from China and Machin to build the most beautiful retreat in the world for him. It took years to become worthy of kings!
I looked, a beautiful headstone and its fragments were lying on the ground, there was nothing left of its glory except two lonely dragons on the heart of the mountain and a waterless and empty pond. This place, which was once the solitude of kings, is now deserted, recorded in ancient monuments.
Far away and alone.
But spring came, from under all the stone pillars, a bunch of green grass was sticking out with an incomparable force.
The small yellow flowers and grass that came out from under those stones with the strength and power of love became the only embodiment of this poem by Khayyam:
Because the end of the work of the world is nothingness
Be happy as if you are not there
I thought it would be a souvenir to record that experience and share it. Because in this day and age, we need more practice to find and see the small grass and flowers growing under the pillars.
Wishing you prosperity and well-being
happy New Year
