The workshop “Seven steps of packaging design” was held during a short trip that Shahrazad Esfarjani had to the historical city of Yazd in January 1401 and was held in cooperation with the tourism cluster of Yazd University of Science and Art. This workshop specialized in the topic of “Effective packaging for handicraft goods”. Considering the age and valuable achievements of handicrafts in the city of Yazd, which range from pottery and ceramics to needlework, from gold and jewelry to carpets, the effort was to teach the concepts and techniques of the world of packaging to the activists of this field, a step in the direction Let’s grow handicrafts in this city as much as possible. In this workshop, more than 80 first-class producers of handicrafts from Yazd and the suburbs of this city were present. Undoubtedly, professional and effective packaging is one of the most important components of creating a worthy place for art, valuable and lasting.
